We are finally living in the new house with the old house being demolished as we speak.

We have had blinds, wardrobes, a fire place installed after you have left and to be honest I got sick of having tradesmen entering the house because everytime someone worked on the place I had to touch something up or make repairs to something.

Things from pulled up carpet, scuffed walls, dodgy cornice installation, multiple revisits for stuff ups, damaged hearth during fire place installation.

I wanted to drop you a line and say of all of the people that worked at our house your staff were the only ones that completed your works without leaving me any damage to fix up. You set the expectations for the tradesmen that came after you but no one matched your guys so well done.

I have recommended and will continue to recommend you to anyone that asks me for an air conditioning firm as I was very impressed by the professionalism and tidiness that you and your staff display. Congratulations.

If I ever get to build another house I will be tracking you down as you were the only service that I would confidently use again based on our building/renovation experience this time.
